Pecorino Fioretto 3kg

Its particularity is found in the intensity of the taste and the aroma of the pasta which recalls the life of the pastures and the Mediterranean scrub. The cheese is compact, white and tends towards straw yellow as it matures. It is the table cheese par excellence, appreciated by those looking for an authentic pecorino with a strong flavour. Excellent to taste with carasau bread, it turns out to be a real specialty if cooked on the grill or in the oven. Recommended wine: Cannonau di Sardegna.
