  • First step

    In order to make purchases in our shop you must first register.
    After the registration process, select the product category, then in the category select the product you need. You can also find the product via the "Search" line.
    Choose the one you like best or suits your needs. On the product page you will find detailed product information, description, prices, sizes and other features. If everything is suitable for you, click the "Add to Cart" button.

  • Second step

    Once you have placed all required items in your cart, click on the cart icon or the "Checkout" button (located at the top of the page). You will be redirected to the payment page.


    On the checkout page, you will need to enter your delivery information (delivery address, contact information, etc.) and also select a payment method.

  • Third step

    After filling in all the data and choosing a payment method, check the information again and click on the "Place an order" button. You will be redirected to the order confirmation page.

    At the end of the checkout process you will be shown an order confirmation with all the required information. You may also receive a notification at the email address you provide.

Jamon Iberico

Jamón ibérico is a type of ham coming from an Iberian pig, highly appreciated in Spanish cuisine and Portuguese cuisine, where it is considered a haute cuisine product. For its production and to be able to boast of this name, the meat must come from specimens deriving from a cross in which, from a genetic point of view, at least 50% of the Iberian breed participates.

The purity of the breed, the type of breeding and feeding are the characteristics that distinguish the quality of Jamón Ibérico.

Alto Adige, being in an intermediate position and enjoying a particular climate, has merged the two methods, producing speck according to the rule "little salt, little smoke and lots of fresh air", which consists of moderate salting and alternating smoke and fresh air.
